The latest rumour that is doing the rounds in the automotive world is that the KTM 690 will be launched in India, since there are takers in the 650 cc capacity where there is the Kawasaki 650, the DSK Hyosung 650cc and the Aquila 650cc Cruiser again from Hyosung and all of them are selling in decent numbers, especially the DSK Hyosung Aquila 650 cc. KTM may launch the ultra light 690 cc Duke 690. The weight of the chrome molybdenum frame is 19 kgs. So it must be that the motorcycle will be not be very inexpensive. So we really are not sure about it coming to India.
