MotoGP legend Valentino Rossi who has won seven premier class titles and one each of the entry class and the intermediary class (a total of 9 world championships) has said that he will see the results of the first six races of 2014 before deciding whether to continue or not after the 2014 season.
Rossi has said that he would like to continue for two more seasons in MotoGP with Yamaha beyond 2014 but has also said that it will depend on his ability to stay with the top three, all of whom happen to be Spaniards in the form of teammate Jorge Lorenzo and Honda riders and teammates Marc Marquez (this years World Champion) and Dani Pedrosa. Rossi has said that he will stay beyond 2014 only if he looks like a winner in the first six races of 2014. This announcement makes the 2014 season most interesting.
