Marussia F1 team’s reserve driver, Maria De Villota was found dead in her hotel room in the Spanish city of Seville. She was said to have been in Seville to launch her autobiography. The 33 year old racing driver had been in a crash last year while testing for the Marussia F1 team. She lost her right eye, but managed a full recovery, and was cleared to drive in February. No cause of death has yet been found. The Formula 1 paddock has expressed their shock at the tragedy.
