Ssangyong Motor Company

Ssangyong Motor Company unveiled a rendering of the “XIV-1” premium CUV concept car. The“XIV-1” is a premium crossover utility vehicle (CUV) concept car that was developed  by Ssangyong as a strategic model for the global market. We might have to wait for Ssangyong to tell us how the other vehicle which was reported to debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the Concept XUV 1 will differ from the XIV-1. There also remains the issue to be sorted that the Concept XUV 1 gets its name from “Excellent User Interface Vehicle 1” whereas the “XIV-1” is composed of the initials for “Exciting User Interface Vehicle,”.

The spacious interior is also packed with the latest automotive technology, leading to the show car’s name: Concept XUV 1 is derived from Excellent User Interface Vehicle 1.

Sketches show both these vehicles to have similar styling except for the XIV badge on the tailgate of the XIV-1.
