A British court has delivered the verdict that both Team Lotus and Group Lotus can race in Formula1 despite having the same name. Interestingly both teams claimed moral victory and Tony Fernandes has talked of incorporating his latest high profile acquisition Caterham also into the F1 team scheme along with the name Team Lotus. The court has given the right to appeal over this decision to both parties and it remains to be seen if Group Lotus pursues further action.
