Economic Times has reported that Suzuki will be launching yet another scooter at the Auto Expo. It has quoted Mr. Atul Gupta, VP- Marketing as having said that the company is unable to meet the demand for its existing Access scooter and so it is in the process of launching another scooter!!! We suspect ET has quoted Mr. Gupta wrongly and suspect that Mr. Gupta may have said something to the effect of there being pent up demand in the scooter market and therefore launching another scooter was logical. But that is conjecturing. Anyway the Auto Expo is nearing and all should be clear soon.
