Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India is soon going to start production at its second plant in Tapurkara in Rajasthan. Honda has a more than 2.5 lakh customers waiting for all its different products. Sometimes the waiting time is stretching to more than 4 months. Honda intends to bring down the waiting period with production beginning at the second plant. Honda is bullish about the prospects of the CBR 250R in India and is confident of selling more than 30,000 units in the first year after the launch.
