The web has been seeing stories of Tony Fernandes and his Team Lotus taking over specialist car manufacturer Caterham whose singe production model is still based on the original design by the legendary Colin Chapman who established both Lotus Cars which is now being called Group Lotus and the F1 team, Team Lotus. Tony Fernandes and Group Lotus have been at logger heads over name rights and now the subject is a matter of judicial arbitration. Tony Fernandes seems to be on shaky ground or fed up of the matter and latest speculation based upon a team invitation to F1 journalists is that Team Lotus will be taking over Caterham next Wednesday. There is no confirmation or refutation of this matter by both sides after this news was announced on a British TV news channel. Next Wednesday should reveal all.
