Ford EcoSport Ambiente

Ford India’s relentless pursuit for maximum localization, which is cited to be the prime reason for the delayed launch of the EcoSport, seems to have paid off. The Ambiente, supposedly the base variant of the EcoSport comes loaded with features. The aesthetics of the EcoSport are not ruined with black bumpers. All variants will have body coloured bumpers. The Electric Power Assisted Steering is the defacto Ford standard on all their vehicles. The steering vehicle is tilt/telescopic adjustable. Inside, you have an audio system which is AUX, USB and Bluetooth capable. This variant is available with either the 1.5 litre TiVCT petrol or the 1.5 litre TDCi engine with manual transmission only. Similar to what Ford did in the Figo, the EcoSport Ambiente does not get rear power windows.

You can also opt for an automatic transmission but with the 1.5 L TiVCT. Microsoft SYNC is available. Dual airbags offer higher levels of safety. Rear parking sensors, cooled glove box, front armrest and automatic climate control make life easier in the EcoSport.
