Mercedes GP has hired the services of Aldo Costa who lost his job at Ferrari this year in July following Ferrari’s poor form this season has been hired by Ross Brawn to bolster the team for 2012. Costa and Brawn worked together at Ferrari during the Michael Schumacher years. Also joining the Mercedes squad will be aerodynamics engineer Geoff Willis who recently quit Team HRT. After two poor years in F1 Mercedes wants to turn its fortunes around next year and be in a position to fight for wins.
